A typical trip
Trips begin at daylight. Guests either drive to Joe's Landing in Barataria or arrange lodging pickup as part of their quote. Before departure, guests can purchase drinks, snacks and sandwiches.
The boat usually returns around noon. Ripp's team takes pictures of the catch, cleans and bags fish that guests keep, and Ripp sends each customer an 8 by 10 photograph.
